We are motivated by the development and implementation of software tools for Bayesian statistics and probabilistic modeling.
We consider the study and dissemination of good practices for Bayesian modeling to be central.
We are interest in all aspects of the Bayesian workflow, including prior elicitation, numerical methods for inference,
diagnosis of sampling, evaluation and criticism of models, comparison of models and presentation of results.
We are supporters of free software and we collaborate with its adoption and dissemination. We actively participate in free software projects, mainly ArviZ, Bambi, and PyMC.
